GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT AND SCOPE These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to any registration or purchase of services for the Sky Unit Boogie (hereinafter "the Event"). The Client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation before any transaction.

ARTICLE 2 – REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT Registration is considered firm and final upon receipt of full payment of the registration fees. The Client agrees to provide accurate information (license, insurance, experience level).

ARTICLE 3 – STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY All registrations, deposits, or purchases are final and irrevocable.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be granted for any reason, including: personal reasons, illness, accident, pre-event injury, transport failure, or denial of access due to failure to present required documents (license, medical certificate, etc.).

  • Weather Conditions: As skydiving is a weather-dependent activity, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for the inability to jump. Registration fees will not, under any circumstances, be refunded in case of poor weather.

  • Cancellation by the Organizer: In case of force majeure (natural disaster, administrative restriction, etc.), the Organizer reserves the right to postpone the Event without the possibility of a refund.

ARTICLE 4 – WAIVER OF LIABILITY (INJURY AND DEATH) Skydiving and Event activities involve inherent and serious risks.

  • Acceptance of Risks: The Client declares that they are participating in the Event with full knowledge of the facts and accepts the risks of property damage, serious bodily injury, or death.

  • Release of Liability: The Organizer, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable in the event of injury, accident, disability, or death occurring at the event site or during the practice of the activity.

  • Mandatory Insurance: The Client is required to hold valid third-party liability insurance and personal accident insurance covering skydiving at the time of the Event.

ARTICLE 5 – FITNESS AND SAFETY The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior is deemed dangerous or non-compliant with safety rules, without any refund. The participant must be in possession of all regulated equipment (parachute with up-to-date reserve, AAD, etc.).

ARTICLE 6 – IMAGE RIGHTS By participating in the Event, the Client expressly authorizes the Organizer to use, reproduce, and distribute their image (photos and videos) on any media (social media, website, press) for promotional purposes, without any financial compensation.

ARTICLE 7 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Organizer's registered office is located.
